I just booked a one-way trip from Salt Lake City to Colorado Springs. The online booking went exceptionally smooth, and the price was very affordable. If the trip itself is as good an experience as the booking, I'll be super pleased with my purchase!

Greyhound you have got to do better

I just traveled from Chicago to Lansing, MI. However, "peep this out", Greyhound does not either pickup or drop off anywhere in the city of Lansing and the city of Lansing is the largest municipality in this area/region. Instead, Greyhound drops you off at some truck stop in Grand Ledge. Greyhound you have got to do better.

Just try to improve the kind of people…

Just try to improve the kind of people that you allowed to travel on the buses ,the traveling would be wonderful with greyhound buses lines if the passengers was screen better. Travel all the time on this trip,because l have anetiy flying so I can’t remember all the dates but at least twice a month.

Driver's Customer service was adequate

Driver's Customer service was adequate. However, please make a request of the Delaware State Highways to create a highway sign for "Mopar Drive". There were no highway signs for Mopar Drive whatsoever. There were also no signs for "Greyhound ". If it were not for the "Flixbus" who had a drop off earlier and who explained that our bus was about 15 minutes late, it would have been a missed appointment. Worst of all, for me, it was at 2:00 a.m.

Good Trip But Why Was My Booking & Seat Revised?!

The trip overall was fine but I'm removing one star because on the return trip, my booking number (only one hour and 16 minutes before my scheduled departure) was changed without my knowledge and without my request. The QR code listing my original seat was for some reason tied to the revised booking with my new seat. This caused a bit of an argument with the driver upon boarding. I ultimately sat in my original seat that I paid for since no one was seated there, but I don't understand how my booking (with a new booking number) and assigned seat could be changed without me changing it, and especially so soon before departure.
